Samantha Lewis
Co-Owner/Certified Personal Trainer
Samantha is a certified person trainer, mother of three, and co-owner of Thin Line Fitness of Ohio. Before stepping into the fitness world, she spent six years as a police dispatcher—where she met her husband, Nick.
Driven by a passion to help others become stronger—both physically and mentally—Samantha co-founded Thin Line Fitness as a way to give back to her community, especially to first responders, veterans, and families looking for a supportive place to grow.
Her approach to training is built on real-life experiences, discipline, and compassion. She believes fitness should be accessible, empowering, and sustainable for everyone—no matter where they’re starting.
For Samantha, this gym isn’t just a business…
It’s a mission to change lives, one person at a time.
Nick Lewis
Co-Owner/Assistant to the Real BossNick is a co-owner of Thin Line Fitness of Ohio and a full-time police officer with over a decade of service. Although, his most important job is being a father to three awesome kids. He plays a key role in building, maintaining, and growing the gym from the ground up—handling everything from operations to hands-on improvements.
Thin Line Fitness was built with a purpose to give first responders, veterans, and the local community a place to relieve stress, build strength, and stay connected. Nick is driven by that mission and takes pride in creating an environment where hard work, discipline, and community come together.
